2022Today’s Resolution: Track Something This Week

A new week is upon us. Wouldn’t it be nice to know how many cookies you eat in a week? Or maybe how many cans of soda you drink?
This week choose something to track. It can be health related like your pulse or blood pressure. Food related, like how many times you eat out in a week.
Whatever it is, track the pieces of data that will help you make a decision once the week is done.
Maybe you’ll find that you don’t enough cookies during the week ;)!

Ha! What a great resolution. I’m totally tracking how many times throughout the day I head to the cupboard for a snack. I suspect it is WAY more than necessary, and usually not when I’m particularly hungry. This will be fun!

That’s great! I’d love to here how you made out at the end of the week. I’m tracking how many times I catch myself day-dreaming. I fear it’s going to be a lot!

I tracked my random snacking last week! I do it a ton. Like more than 10 times a day, though always just little things here and there. I realized I do it when I’m avoiding doing something else, which is really good to know!
