Today’s Resolution: Take the Stairs

Today’s Resolution: Visit the Grave of a Loved One

I realize that this resolution isn’t possible for everyone, but for those whom it is, I hope you’ll take the time to stop in and say “hello” to those you miss.

Today’s Resolution: Drink Only Water

And don’t forget to report back with your thoughts!

Today’s Resolution: Go Out of Your Way to Help Someone
